THE EXPERIENCE OF A WORLD LEADER
COTESA Engenharia began operating in 1997 and, in 2024, was acquired by TRIANA DO BRASIL, the Brazilian subsidiary of CYMI BRASIL, controlled by VINCI, a world leader in concessions, energy and construction present in around 120 countries. Since October 2024, 100% of COTESA’s share capital has been held by the COBRA IS business group, through its subsidiary TRIANA, part of the VINCI Group.
The deal strengthens COTESA through a group of international scale, consolidating its position as a local benchmark in O&M engineering for energy and infrastructure assets. COTESA continues to operate independently, maintaining its standards of quality and service for clients and partners.
