COTESA Engenharia is led by an executive team with long experience in the power sector, supported by managers specialising in operations, contracts, controllership, QHSE and sales. Since October 2024, with 100% of its share capital held by the VINCI Group through COBRA IS and its subsidiary TRIANA, the company operates to the governance standards of one of the world’s largest infrastructure groups.

The company continues to operate independently, preserving the quality standards and the close relationships with clients and partners it has built since 1997.
