PARTNER REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

To ensure safety, legal compliance and quality of services, COTESA requires specific documentation from all its suppliers and service providers.

Environmental Management Requirements

Activities requiring environmental qualification:

  • Urban Pest Control
  • Solid Waste Collection and Transportation
  • Water Reservoir Sanitization
  • Water Quality Analysis with sample collection
  • Septic Tank Sludge Drainage
  • Air Conditioning Maintenance

Required environmental documents:

  • Environmental License (or Exemption Declaration)
  • Operating License
  • Sanitary License
  • Technical Responsible ART (when required)

Note: All documents must share the same CNPJ and be within their validity period.

Occupational Safety Requirements

Regarding the employee:

  • Copy of Employment Record and Employee Registration Form
  • If self-employed (PJ) – copy of CNPJ card
  • Identification document (ID or driver's license)
  • Valid Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) covering all activity risks
  • Signed Safety Work Order (NR1)
  • Signed NR10 Basic Certificate
  • Signed NR10SEP Certificate
  • PPE Record Sheet
  • NR11 Certificate (load handling)
  • NR12 Certificate (machinery and equipment)
  • NR35 Certificate (work above 2 meters)

Regarding the company:

  • PGR and PCMSO (Risk and Medical Control Programs)
  • Emergency Plan or Emergency Contact
  • Rigging Plan and ART (when using crane)

For Access to Facilities (Controlled Areas)

Employees of the contracting company must:

Follow COTESA safety protocol (use of mask and periodic hand sanitization)
Access prohibited for pacemaker carriers
Mandatory use of Class II Flame-Resistant Clothing
Use Electrician Safety Footwear
Use Class B Helmet with chin strap
Sign the Third-Party Warning Form when accessing the substation
